Helpful Quick Tips

	Do not hit the "Enter" key after completing a field. Use your mouse or the "Tab" key to move between fields. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the form only after you are completely finished.
	Fill the form out as completely as possible. Submit only information you are comfortable sharing.
	Most fields allow for 256 characters. Even though it appears that you have reached the end of the field, you have about 4 rows of space per field. Use the arrow keys to move within a field.
