Photo Submission Instructions

We want to post your photographs on the web site. You can either: 1) submit e-mail jpg photos (preferred method); 2) have your pictures burnt to a CD (only costs a few extra bucks and send them to me) or you can mail your prints to: Dan McCarthy 6328 Angel Rose Court, Columbia MD 21044 and I will scan them and post them on the web site. To submit e-mail photos

Step 1. Save your photograph as a jpg file. This is a file extension that you can choose from the "Save as type" drop down box in your file system. Jpgs are designed for photographs. They are a space efficient format to display photos on a web site.

Step 2. Send your jpg file(s) as an e-mail attachment to our photo submission e-mail address

Step 3. Indicate the Caption. In the text of your e-mail indicate the "Caption" that you would like to include with the photo. This should be a brief, humorous or catchy title for your photo. See the captions in Photos Page 1 for examples.

Step 4. Indicate the Description. In the text of your e-mail indicate a "Description" of the person(s) shown in the photo. This should include "left to right" or "first row/second row" description/names of the people in the photograph. See the descriptions in Photos Page 1 for examples.
