 | Scroll down the page to view the fields prior to actually completing them. This will help you plan your responses. |
| You will have about 256 characters in most fields, so
size your responses accordingly |
| Clear the field by either backspacing through it, or
highlight the field (hold left mouse button) and hit backspace once |
| Input your information |
| Do not hit the "Enter/Return" key on your
keyboard while completing the form. Doing so will cause the form to be
submitted prematurely |
| Move down through the fields by using the "Tab" key
on your keyboard. Move up through the fields with the "Shift + Tab" key
combination. You can also use your mouse to position the cursor within a
field |
| Review your responses for typographical errors.
Use your left and right arrow keys to navigate within a field |

| Once you are satisfied with your submission,
click the "OK" key at the bottom of the form |
